Eric Hansen

Licensed Professional Counselor

Eric Hansen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, OCD, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Drawing from years of experience in outpatient and private practice settings, Eric creates a thoughtful, personalized therapeutic experience that helps clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for lasting change. His integrative approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address both the emotional and physical impact of life's challenges.

Eric believes that mental health is not about fixing what is broken, but about understanding and embracing every part of who we are. He provides a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore long-standing patterns, process difficult experiences, regulate their nervous system, and develop greater resilience. By fostering insight alongside practical skill-building, Eric helps clients move beyond short-term symptom relief toward meaningful, sustainable growth, empowering them to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
