Providing online therapy in Colorado

Hi, I’m Alex. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and executive function coach. I specialize in helping young adults, college students, and professionals strengthen the skills needed to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and success.

I work with both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, including individuals with ADHD, mild ASD, anxiety, depression, learning disorders, and substance use concerns.

My approach blends clinical mental health support with practical, action-oriented strategies that help clients improve focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

Together, we work to identify barriers, build sustainable systems, and develop concrete skills that support both personal and professional growth.

Outside of my work, I like spending time with my loved ones, especially my red heeler named Bleu, being outside, doing yoga and reading.

Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass; it’s about learning to dance in the rain.
