Session fees

We offer a 10-minute free consultation. All therapy sessions are 55 minutes.

Prompt self-pay discounts will be offered to clients who pay at time of service. Please contact us if you have questions.

  • Your intake session with one of our mental health counselors is the first step in starting therapy and is designed to gather information and build a foundation for your care. During this session, the counselor will ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, your personal and family history, mental health symptoms, medical background and any goals you may have. It’s also a time for you to ask questions, share concerns and get a feel for whether the therapist is a good fit for you. The tone is typically conversational and supportive, with the goal of creating a safe, welcoming space to begin your therapeutic journey.

    If you choose to pay out of pocket, the fee for this first session will be $240.

  • A typical session with a mental health counselor provides a safe, confidential space to talk openly about your thoughts, emotion and experiences. The session may involve exploring current challenges, identifying patterns or triggers, developing coping strategies and working toward specific goals you've set with your therapist. Depending on the therapist’s approach, you might engage in reflective conversation, learn practical tools (like mindfulness or communication skills) or process deeper emotions and past experiences. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and the pace is always set by your comfort and readiness.

    If you choose to pay out of pocket, the fee for ongoing sessions will be $160.

We are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, Medicare and HMSA, insurances and are contracted with Blue Cross® Blueshield® of Arizona, an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. We do not accept Medicaid, AHCCCS or Health First Colorado insurances at this time.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $45 fee. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will result in a $95 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
