Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sonoran Sunrise Therapy operates both in-person and Telehealth therapy sessions.

  • At your first therapy appointment, expect to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, provide details about your personal history/current challenges and work with your therapist to establish goals for your treatment plan.

Your therapist will likely ask questions about your mental health, family dynamics and significant life experiences. You should feel comfortable sharing openly and asking questions about the therapy process.

  • The length of time one needs to be in therapy varies on a number of individual factors. Those with acute conditions/issues will be in therapy for a lesser time than those dealing with chronic conditions/issues. Treatment length is often tentative and revisited throughout the course of treatment.

  • Initial session: $240

    Ongoing session: $160
