Hi, I'm Haley! I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapy to individuals and families ages 5 and up.

I especially enjoy working with children and teens, while also supporting motivated adults in their growth and healing. My style is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. I help clients build emotional awareness and regulation, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their inner resources.

My work is informed by family systems perspectives, EMDR-informed practices, and nature-based frameworks such as the Four Shields of Human Nature.

You must not ever stop being whimsical. And you must not, ever, give anyone else the responsibility for your life.

In my free time, I love rock climbing, trail running with my dogs, visiting the ocean, and learning about plants and herbal medicine.

I also love to dance!

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that people are inherently resilient and capable of growth when met with safety, compassion, and authentic connection.

I view many emotional and behavioral struggles as adaptive responses to overwhelming or painful experiences rather than personal failures.

I believe that healing happens in relationship. When people feel genuinely seen and supported, they are better able to explore difficult experiences, develop emotional awareness and regulation, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

Working with children and teens is a meaningful part of my practice. Young people often express their inner worlds through behavior, play, creativity, and movement. I create a space where they feel safe and supported as they develop emotional regulation, resilience, and a strong sense of self, while collaborating with families to foster healthy relationships.

My work is informed by relational and family systems perspectives, trauma-informed care, EMDR principles, and nature-based frameworks such as the Four Shields of Human Nature.

I support the integration of mind, body, emotions, relationships, and connection to the natural world.
