TROY LOOSLE

Providing online therapy in Arizona

Hi, I’m Troy! I have over 14 years of experience working with adults in both clinical and medical settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, hoarding, grief, end-of-life concerns, and issues related to aging. I utilize solution-focused therapy, client-centered care, and motivational interviewing to help you identify and work toward both short- and long-term goals, grounded in self-awareness, self-trust, and self-care.

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, with the intention of creating a safe and supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. I listen actively so you feel heard and understood, while gently guiding our conversations with curiosity, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach.

Outside of work, I'm someone who values both physical and emotional well-being. Working out and running helps me to clear my mind and manage stress, while spending time with my family keeps me grounded and reminds me of what's most important in my life.

You have the power over your mind-not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
— Marcus Aurelius
