Hi, I’m Brenda DeMayo, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Since 2015, I have been passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and hope. My areas of focus include anxiety, ADHD, family and relationship concerns, life transitions, and child and adolescent mental health.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach combines evidence-based practices with compassion and practical strategies to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe and encouraging space where healing and growth can occur.

Hope grows when we learn to focus on what is possible rather than what is painful.
