Providing online and in-person therapy in Arizona

***Please note that per state licensure statutes and licensing regulation bodies, you must select a therapist that is licensed in the state in which you reside. You must also physically be in that state in order to attend telehealth sessions.

My name is Erin Spielman, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are addressed together. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space for individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in long-standing emotional patterns.

My work often focuses on helping clients understand the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. I support clients in moving beyond simply “coping” toward deeper healing, self-trust, emotional safety, and meaningful change. Therapy may include exploring past experiences, identifying limiting beliefs, strengthening boundaries, learning nervous system regulation tools, increasing self-compassion, and reconnecting with a more authentic sense of self.

If you are feeling, overwhelmed, anxious, or lost in today’s world, I would love to create a safe space to explore and resolve the things you are struggling with. Counseling should be so much more than you talking about your past and leaving feeling like nothing is resolved. My goal is for every person to feel more empowered, insightful, and hopeful after every session.

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported in reconnecting with themselves. I believe that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, grief, relationship struggles, or emotional overwhelm are not signs of weakness, but meaningful signals from the nervous system, body, and inner self that something needs care, attention, and integration.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, protected, overwhelmed, or forgotten. My goal is to walk alongside clients with warmth, honesty, and respect as they move toward greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and inner peace.
