HI! My name is Kathryn, but I like to go by Katie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years now. I have worked with all ages of individuals.

My primary passion and specialty is working with women and young adults that have experienced Trauma, anxiety and depression in their lives. I have worked for nonprofit agencies and have contracted with the District attorneys office with advocating individuals that have been a victim of a crime.

I am known for my empathy and compassion and I will meet you where you are. Through this journey we can discover a comfortable path to grow and find new tools to use that will help you become a stronger version of yourself.

In my spare time I enjoy swimming, taking long walks with my dog, and hanging out with my family.

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over... it became a butterfly.

Hi! I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to support individuals affected by trauma. In addition, I am trained in EMDR and incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and somatic practices into my work. These modalities help individuals reconnect with their mind and body, fostering a sense of safety, comfort, and self-awareness.

I am deeply passionate about guiding others as they discover their own path toward healing and personal growth. I believe in the powerful connection between mind and body, and I am committed to helping clients explore and restore that connection to create lasting change.

With the right support, every person has the capacity for emotional resilience and true healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Together, we can explore the approaches and tools that best support your unique needs as a whole person.
